Given the frequently over-flowing and pressured
nature of our working (and, often, private) lives, we usually have little
space to stand back, reflect, re-energise and re-focus. Much of our pre-occupation at work is on
what is wrong, missing, not working or negative about our situations and
about what we and others are doing.
I am offering a whole series of day-long
programmes which offer the possibility of working with other fabulous
individuals on the development of our ability to enhance positivity, grow
well-being and build energy at work.
These sessions will be experiential and co-created and will provide
the opportunity to build capability to coach, facilitate and generally
enable ourselves and others, whilst rejuvenating and refreshing ourselves
at the same time.
The specific topics on offer at the moment are:
-
creating a
positive and constructive attitude in your organisation
-
using
listening to create and support transformation
-
exploring the
building of genuine happiness and optimism in self and others
-
developing
personal resilience through times of ambiguity and uncertainty
-
surfacing and
harnessing resistance to change with positive effect
-
using
conversations and dialogue to grow relationships
-
principle-based
coaching in a system
-
ensuring the
effectiveness of coaching
-
leading from
a learning space – the leader as learner
-
giving and
receiving transformational feedback
-
facilitating
large groups
-
helping
people from a variety of cultures communicate more effectively in a common
business language
Each of the programmes will
offer the follow-on to action learning if the attendees desire it and, for
those that want to take advantage of the space, there will be the option of
a pre-course dinner for those interested.
The cost of each event will
be £150 (£176.25 including VAT) including lunch and the room cost. Attendance at your first event will
generate a £50 voucher for a future event.
The events will all be run
at the beautiful, peaceful and refreshing All Saints Pastoral Centre in Shenley, North London
(see www.allsaintspc.org.uk). The centre offers overnight accommodation
for anybody who might need it.
Each session will have between
16 and 25 attendees. I will set
specific dates up to fit in with your diary as soon as I have sufficient
interest in any event. To register
your interest in any of the programmes above, please contact me directly or
email admin@keeleycarlisle.co.uk.
