Performing in Peak Condition

 

The purpose of this full-day workshop is to provide you with an opportunity to create strategies to protect and enhance both your physical health and your mental agility.

 

The workshop will introduce you to the science of staying well in body and mind and will include learning and experiencing:

  • techniques that have been proved to work in significantly improving the health and agility of our whole self
  • cognitive behavioural strategies that can improve your performance at work
  • proactive and scientific methods of increasing mindfulness and  inoculating and protecting yourself from the mental and physical impacts of stress and tension.

 

The workshop can have up to 20 attendees.
