The thrust of the work I do is in enabling people to develop themselves and create strong and mutually rewarding relationships in their working lives, focused on delivering significant achievements and benefits for their organisation. Most of my work has been in environments of significant change, helping leaders (at all levels) with their personal development and behaviour. This work tends to manifest in three major ways: Helping individuals and teams in how they manage change in its widest sense...i.e. how they prepare for, develop, structure, communicate and motivate the change and how they behave during the change in order to achieve their goals and learn through the process Coaching and facilitating individuals and teams to achieve their own business and personal objectives Working with leaders and potential leaders on structured development programmes incorporating formal workshops, coaching and sustaining mechanisms and measures.
